A two week programme
What to expect

✓ You will receive an initial nutrition and lifestyle plan.
✓ Initial follow up – Once the blood results are back from the laboratory the Initial plan will be revised and sent out with the results or delivered in person.
✓ You will be supported for one calendar month in person and by telephone to ensure you are getting the best from your program and on your way to managing your goals

For example, Cholesterol, Blood sugar or a Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) as it doesn’t give us a full picture. Plus it doesn’t give you the answer that we can fully support. For that to happen, we need a bigger picture.

A six week programme
This programme, aimed at individuals, consists of six appointments and specifically addresses a single issue that you may have or wish to manage or understand better.
What to expect
