My specialist interest lies in managing inflammation and hormones in the body, which left unchecked, drive Cardiac, Thyroid and Diabetes symptoms causing diminished function, possible onset of disease and perhaps years of poor and ailing health outcomes.

We offer health screening and wellness-coaching clinics across London in
Harley Street (WC1A), South Woodford (E18) and Walthamstow (E17) for face-to- face clients, keen to get to the root cause of their health issues once and for all.
Our Corporate packages focus on running flexible pop-up clinics in the workplace to reduce interruptions to the working day for SME companies inside the M25.
We particularly enjoy partnering companies who place a social value on their key asset – their people – in managing long-term employee health and wellness. The rest of my time is spent lecturing in health promotion plus running Workshops in local communities and businesses as part of their wellness programmes.
